Students Visit Library of Congress Photo Exhibit

US History students recently visited the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles to view photos on loan from the Library of Congress. The class has been using the Library of Congress website all year to explore historical moments in US history.

The Annenberg Space for Photography offers over 50 programs a year themed around photography and exhibits. Many programs are free or have nominal fees.

The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers, maps and manuscripts in its collections. The Library is the main research arm of the U.S. Congress and the home of the U.S. Copyright Office.
