Tennis is an activity that can be played throughout your life. The tennis class offered at Besant Hill School is geared towards beginners and designed to promote an enthusiasm for life-long physical fitness. This one hour class introduces players to stroke development such as forehands, backhands, volleys, scoring procedures, and an introduction to singles and doubles strategies.
Typical class procedures will include warm-up, stretching, playing or learning strokes and/or technique, and a cool down session. Students will be paired based on skill level, as some students may have prior tennis experience.
