I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to our entire community, which not only entails the students, faculty and staff, but also our parents, alumni, trustees, and independent school colleagues from around the country offering assistance, a listening ear, prayers, and positive energy.
Giving Tuesday has been praised as an antidote to a consumer culture and a way for people to give back. This year, Besant Hill School launches HVS-BHS Connect.
After careful thought and consideration, I have concluded that this will be my last school year at Besant Hill School of Happy Valley.
We are excited to announce HVS-BHS Connect, a platform for former faculty and students to reconnect and stay connected with each other and the greater HVS/BHS community.
It was such a pleasure to have families, friends, and alumni join us here on campus for this year’s Family Weekend and 60th-ish Alumni Reunion celebrations last weekend!
Our school magazine, Aun Aprendo, is named after our school motto, which means “I am still learning.” In the editions below, you will find photos highlighting our beautiful California location and school events along with articles, links to video, save-the-dates, and more. We congratulate and commend them on their dedication to Besant Hill School’s Portrait of a Graduate and a never-ending pursuit of knowledge.
On June 2, twenty student graduated as the newest alumni of Besant Hill School of Happy Valley. End-of-year celebrations and ceremonies included Commndations Dinner & Award Ceremony, Passing of the Torch Ceremony, and Commencement Ceremony.
We’re so grateful that so many families, friends, and alumni could join us to celebrate student achievement in the arts.
