This three-week course, taught by Besant Hill faculty trained in the A-List method, provides an in-depth overview of all three sections of the SAT test, including discussions about format, content, and overall strategies.

This three-week course, taught by Besant Hill faculty trained in the A-List method, provides an in-depth overview of all three sections of the SAT test and includes discussion about format, content, and overall strategies. Students have the opportunity to focus on specific techniques to reach target test scores in each section of the SAT and to learn about common mistakes, through practice problems, comprehensive analysis, drills, vocabulary development, math review, pacing exercises, and essay practice.

Students take three full-length, official SAT tests. These tests are scored and thoroughly reviewed for optimal improvement. Through innovative multi-media tools and proven SAT strategies, students will gain concrete skills in addition to the confidence and familiarity that is so essential for success on test day. The fourth week of the program is an in-depth look at the college application process, the essay expectations and ways to best present yourself to any university admission office.

A personal laptop computer and TI-83+ calculator is required for this course.
