Here at Besant Hill School, we believe in a lifelong pursuit of healthy living.
With that in mind, we offer a wide range of physical activities on a trimester schedule. We ask that all of our students be involved in a fitness class five days per week. You will find our students between 3:15 and 4:15 each day catching waves in surfing class at the beautiful beaches of southern California in Ventura, swimming in the pool, and enjoying all different types of dance from ballet to modern. In the weight room, we offer traditional weight training while also offering a cutting edge crossfit curriculum. Last but not least we offer a spiritual awakening for the teenage mind while harmoniously exercising the body in our yoga class. All of our classes are designed to develop a life-long pursuit of healthy living by making physical activity part of our daily lives.
