PHOTOGRAPHY

A traditional darkroom photography course, introducing students to black and white image making using a traditional 35 m/m film camera. We will introduce proper darkroom procedures, the film development process, and the production of paper prints. We will explore the basic aesthetic foundations of image-making including composition, focal points, texture, contrast, line, and form.

*Cameras and Film will be supplied, but each student is required to pay a $50 Camera Rental (+$50 Deposit) and a $50 supply fee (includes film, paper, developing chemicals).
